Wowza! If you have been hanging out with me for a while, you know I’m a huge fan of the monthly Fashion Fix. If you are new here, let me take a few seconds to explain the Fashion Fix and all its glory to you.
This is a box of 5 sets of jewelry that are specifically designed to complement each other. These are Exclusive to the consultants who subscribe as well as our customers. Lucky for you, I subscribe. The sets follow five different fashion trends so there is guaranteed to be something for everyone. The Fashion Fix box takes the guesswork out of accessories. You will know (and feel) that you look like a million bucks with any of these sets.
We consultants receive the Fashion Fix once a month. It is a surprise for us, too! Paparazzi usually gives us a sneak peak of one of the sets but the rest is like opening a Christmas or birthday present. It is so much fun and the sets seem to get better and better every single month.

Fashion Fix: Sunset Sightings
This set is for the trendsetters. The people who are willing to take a step out on the fashion branch, to be edgy and set their own style. This season tassels are in style. The necklace in this set uses fringe and silver feathers to give the impression of tassels while allowing customers to stay in a comfort zone.
This set uses brown suede and silver with a tribal vibe. The bracelets can be stacked with bangles or other smaller bracelets to add a little more femininity to the set.
These accessories are earthy, tribal and free-spirited. Pair them with crocheted tops or patterned sweaters. Tunics with tribal-patterned leggings would also be a great match for this set.
The brown suede gives a very warm and comforting aura. Pair it with fall shades of yellow, green or blue.
Fashion Fix: Simply Santa Fe
For those of you who love turquoise and silver, this set encompasses a refined look. The pieces are not direct matches but utilize elements that are obviously intended to fit together. Because the pieces do not directly mimic each other, there is room for versatility in this set and you can mix and match the pieces with other jewelry as well.
The stones in this set are a unique shape and will lay flat against the skin which gives a very artisan vibe. The earthiness of the stones paired with the refinement of the silver creates an expensive-looking set.
Wear this set with fall shades of brown, yellow and taupe which will really make the turquoise color pop. Colorful patterned clothes, free-flowing fabrics and fringe would make a nice pairing with the turquoise and silver.
Fashion Fix: Fiercely 5th Avenue
This is it! This is my favorite! (This is not usually the trend I am drawn to but this month…. oh my heavens.)
This is multiple layers of deep navy pearl with gunmetal chains. The necklace is called Nightfall and that is exactly the color of the pearl. Not quite black and definitely not sky blue. This is the color of crisp winter nights full of shimmering stars.
This trend generally has a more classic, timeless appeal. The design of this necklace is certainly refined and elegant but the gunmetal finish also gives it a touch of edge and boldness. The ring sprinkles the same navy pearl across the gunmetal band. It looks like a night sky, doesn’t it? The earrings are elongating. Maximize this effect by wearing your hair up.
The pieces in this set are direct matches. They can be worn with a button down shirt to the office or out on a hot date. Adding additional accessories to this set is not recommended as it would disturb the bold and flirty feel. This shade of blue is a neutral and can be worn with any color. However, it would have the boldest effects with the fall shades of yellow, gray and pink.
Fashion Fix: Glimpses of Malibu
This set is colorful, flirty and whimsical. Cerise (deep reddish pink) beads are paired with shimmery silver discs. The silver captures and reflects the light and the semi-opaque beads give off a vibrant color.
Although this is a direct matching set, feel free to mix and match with other accessories. A bolder silver ring could be worn on the opposite hand or a pair of shimmery bangles could be added to the bracelet. This set is playful so have fun with it. Wear it with confidence and radiate your inner magnificence.
The necklace has multiple chains and layers so could be worn with heavier fabrics. The color and shimmery silver will stand on its own when mixed with your winter wardrobe. This rich color can be paired with fall shades of yellow and greens for maximum effect.
Fashion Fix: Magnificent Musings
We received a sneak peek of this trend earlier this month. If you’re with me in The Parlor you probably saw it. Let me tell you – this set is stunning in person (and incredibly difficult to photograph). This set pairs gold with hematite rhinestones. If you aren’t familiar with hematite it is a deep charcoal gray. I would have never thought to pair these two elements together but the effect is breath-taking.
This set is edgy but dainty so even if the geometric shapes and metals are outside your normal comfort zone I would encourage you to try this set. It will make a statement but in a subtle manner. The ring alone will get you compliments – guaranteed! The earrings are aptly named Digging for Glitter. They are bold and could easily be worn on their own.
Because the set is daintier it should be worn with more structured pieces such as jackets or a sweater with a v-neckline. Deep greens and deep blues will make this set pop and glow.
Fashion Fix: Consultant Exclusives
One of my favorite perks of being a consultant on the Fashion Fix are the exclusives that also come in our box. These are not a set per se, but are 5 accessories that will never be seen again in that same color or finish. It’s always a surprise and it’s always fabulous.
This month we received a deep red hippie headband (and you know I love hippie headbands), a pair of elegant earrings, a geometric ring, a tribal brass necklace and a way fun tasseled bracelet.
There you have it! For more exclusives, tips and first dibs on the newest inventory please join me in The Parlor.
